Culture & Trends Report 2023

The team was tasked with improving perception of YouTube amongst advertisers and creators to demonstrate that YouTube is the go to platform to advertise to Gen Z.

The report needed to be global in nature, and showcase trends from various countries and regions in  a video essay format. The focus of the survey was be Gen Z stats, trends and culture.

The concept behind the video was to create an infinite "YouTube universe” in which our host and videos live to demonstrate the infinite possibilities, genres and trends YouTube provides. Our host, a well known YouTuber, lead the journey through the Culture & Trend’s universe explaining and introducing the latest trends and how advertisers can benefit from implementing such trends when advertising on the platform.

The visual identity remained bright and colorful from the 2022 report, keeping the youthfulness.


An exciting visual identity was created using 3D shapes and blended gradients in bright colours. This build upon the 2022 visual identity which you can see here.

A grid video background was created to give our host and videos an infinite universe.
